TROY, N.Y. - The Delhi Broncos Men's Basketball team dropped a mid-season non-conference matchup at Sage Wednesday night, as a 19-6 run from the Gators to end the first half put the game out of reach for Delhi.
Jason Tagios led all Bronco scorers, putting up an efficient 18 points on 7/9 shooting from the field. Giovanni Germain and Kai Harvey pumped in 13 points a piece on a combined 11-18 shooting from the floor and 40% from three, and Adan Madera fired in 11 to round out the Broncos in double-digits. Guard Abdul-Jaleel Ibrahim had an impressive night on the glass, leading the visitors with 11 boards and racking up two steals.
Khalel Noteman and Brandon Harris fronted the Gators' offense wuth 17 points a piece, and Pape Tunkura went 8-9 from the charity stripe en route to his 14 points.
The Broncos are back in action, once again in the capital region, as they head up to local foe SUNY Cobleskill on Friday for their last conference game before the break, before hosting SUNY Poly in a non-conference on Saturday.
