WATERVILLE, Maine — Pryelle Kesse-Beda scored 20 points with 10 rebounds as Thomas (ME) defeated SUNY Delhi 69-50 in a North Atlantic Conference game Saturday at Larry Mahaney Gymnasium.
The Broncos (5-20, 4-14 NAC) led 25-16 after the first quarter but were outscored 53-25 over the final three periods, shooting 30.6 percent (19-of-62) from the field and 38.5 percent (5-of-13) from beyond the arc. Delhi forced 18 Thomas turnovers for 11 points but was outrebounded 55-28.
Riley Schmidt led SUNY Delhi with 13 points on 5-of-11 shooting, including 3-of-5 from three in the final game of her collegiate career. Mya Aiken added 10 points and four rebounds, while Aniyah Boston grabbed six rebounds.
Mykey Avni contributed 14 points off the bench for Thomas (12-12, 8-10 NAC), and Holly Loring had 10 points and eight rebounds. Kay Mclellan finished with eight points and 12 rebounds.
Delhi fell to 5-20 overall and 4-14 in conference play to end the season. Coach Jackson and the squad will look to continue the forward momentum the program made this year into the 2026-27 season, when they will join the SUNYAC.
