DELHI, N.Y. — Alani Brock scored 15 points and grabbed four rebounds as the SUNY Delhi women's basketball team defeated Me.-Presque Isle 58-39 in a North Atlantic Conference game Friday at Floyd L. Maines Arena on Senior Night, honoring Riley Schmidt.

The Broncos (4-18, 3-12 NAC) led 32-22 at halftime and held the Owls to one point in the third frame, shooting (22-of-62) from the field, including 25 percent (3-of-12) from 3-point range. Delhi forced 21 turnovers from the Owls (2-19, 1-14 NAC), converting them into 20 points.

Sereena Palau added seven points, three assists and two steals for SUNY Delhi, while Aniyah Boston contributed eight points and 11 rebounds. Riley Schmidt had five points and six rebounds in her penultimate home game.

Aleyah Matheson paced Me.-Presque Isle with seven points, six rebounds and eight steals. Camryn Ala scored five points.

Delhi improved to 4-18 overall and 3-12 in conference play. The Broncos return to action tomorrow for their final home contest, hosting Husson at 3 p.m.
