COBLESKILL, N.Y. — SUNY Delhi men's soccer wrapped up its regular season with a 2–0 road victory over SUNY Cobleskill on Saturday afternoon, securing its fifth conference win and another clean sheet to close out North Atlantic Conference play.
The Broncos (9–3–5, 6–1–2 NAC) opened the scoring early as Umaru Conteh found the back of the net in the eighth minute to give Delhi the lead. Sean Szczcotka doubled the advantage in the 63rd minute off an assist from Aidan Gaughan, sealing the result.
Goalkeeper Salvatore Meloni earned the shutout with one save, as the Delhi defense limited the Fighting Tigers to just five total shots and one on target. The Broncos' attack generated 14 shots and seven corner kicks while maintaining possession for much of the match.
