DELHI, N.Y. — The Delhi Broncos Men's Soccer delivered a commanding 3–0 shutout over VTSU Johnson on Saturday afternoon at Neil Riddell Field,
Michael Adeyeye opened the scoring in the 15th minute off an assist from Aidan Gaughan, setting the tone for a Delhi side that controlled possession throughout. Jared Fernandez doubled the lead just before halftime, finishing a setup from Kian Flynn, while Umaru Conteh capped the win early in the second half with his third goal of the season, assisted by Matthew Bender.
Goalkeeper Salvatore Meloni anchored the back line with one save in 66 minutes before Ayden Grieve closed out the match to preserve the clean sheet. The Broncos outshot VTSU-Johnson 27–9 and limited the visitors to just two shots on goal.
With the win, Delhi improves to 6–3–5 overall and 4–1–2 in North Atlantic Conference play.
