DELHI, N.Y. - The Delhi Broncos Lacrosse team picked up their first win in their home opener over Marywood on Saturday, Feb. 28th, behind a Jagger Beachak hat trick. 

Beachak opened the scoring with just under five to play in the first, before a Pacers goal from Ostin Grigas with two on the clock brought the score to even for the last time in the contest. The Broncos extended the lead to three heading into the fourth frame, but a pair of goals from Grigas brought Marywood right back into play before a triad of insurance goals from Beachak, Anthony McLaughlin, and Shane Vonkampen all but sealed the deal.

Beachak led the way for Delhi, registering two assists in addition to his three goals. McLaughlin netted a pair, and Chris Lazazzaro added a goal and two assists. Grigas also registered a hat trick for the Pacers.

The Broncos will travel to local and future conference-rival Oneonta for a 3 p.m. matchup with the Red Dragons.
