On Saturday, January 17, 2026, the SUNY Delhi Broncos Swimming and Diving Team swam against William Paterson University in a dual meet at the Kunsela Hall Aquatic Center. The Men's team score was just shy of beating William Paterson University with a team score of 372 to 361. The Woman's team was defeated 256 to 39.
The Men's 200 yard Medley Relay Team of Robert Armstrong (North Brunswick HS 25), Isaiah Eckman (Niskayuna HS 24), Joel Reece (MECPS 25), and anchored by Dylan Neuhaus-Kilgore, (New York, NY 23) was first with a time of 1:49.47.
The Men's 200 yard Free Relay Team A of Robert Armstrong (North Brunswick HS 25), Jed Sanikidze (Summit HS 25), Vlademir Olenski (Kingston HS), and anchored by Joel Reece (MECPS 25) was second with a time 1:40.48.
The Men's 200 yard Free Relay Team B of Isaiah Eckman (Niskayuna HS 24), Seamus Scott (New Hartford HS 25), Isaiah Lendeborg (Academy of Medical Technology 25) and anchored by Sarthak Thapa (New York, NY 24) was third with a time 2:10.97.
Robert Armstrong (North Brunswick HS 25) was first in the 100 yard backstroke with a time of 1:01.56. Robert was also second in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of :58.84, improving his time by .07 seconds.
Isaiah Eckman (Niskayuna HS 24) was 1st in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:11.72. Isaiah was also second in the 50 yard breaststroke with at time of :31.28.
Joel Reece (MECPS 25) was first in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of :24.96, which was his personal best this season by dropping 1.19 seconds from his time.
Seamus Scott (New Hartford HS 25) was second in the 1000 yard freestyle, which is 40 lengths of the swimming pool with a time of 14:08.72. Seamus was also second in the 500 yard freestyle, which is 20 lengths of the swimming pool, with a time 6:49.45. Finally, Mr. Scott was 6th in the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 1:12.90.
Jed Sanikidze (Summit HS 25) was second in the 200 yard freestyle with a time 2:07.23, which improves his time by 0.30 second from his person best. Jed also had a personal best in the 100 yard freestyle of :56.08, which improved time by .35 seconds, which his placed third. Jed was also 6th in the 50 yard breaststroke with a time :36.09.
Olivia McPeek (Chenango Forks HS 24) was second in all her events. Olivia time in the 50 yard backstroke was :39.81. McPeek time in the 50 yard freestyle was :33.04. Finally, Olivia time in the 100 yard backstroke was 1:29.31.
Dylan Neuhaus-Kilgore, (New York, NY 23) was second 50 yard backstroke with a time of :30.50. Dylan was 4th in the 50 yard breaststroke with time of :34.72. Finally Dylan was 4th in the 100 yard freestyle with a time of :56.76.
Vlademir Olenski (Kingston HS) was second in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of :25.83. Vlademir was also 3rd in the 100 yard Individual Medley with a time of 1:13.23. Finally Vlademir was 4th in the 50 yard butterfly with a time of :33.08.
Isaiah Lendeborg (Academy of Medical Technology 25) was 3rd in the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 5:12.38. Isaiah was also 5th in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of :42.72, which he dropped over .24.69 seconds from his personal best.
Sarthak Thapa (New York, NY 24) was 4th in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time 1:23.97. Sarthak was also 5th in the 50 yard breaststroke with a time of :35.56. Finally Sarthak was 5th in the 100 yard freestyle with a time of 1:11.28.
The Broncos next meet will be at home on Saturday, January 24 with John Jay and Herkimer CC at 1 pm in the Kunsela Hall Aquatic Center.
