Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Lose to Oneonta, Beat Herkimer in Double Dual Meet

ONEONTA, N.Y. - Both the Men's and Women's Swim and Dive team went 1-1 Tuesday night, falling to Oneonta but besting Herkimer in a double dual meet hosted by Oneonta.

Robert Armstrong grabbed the only Delhi victory in an event, winning the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:00.12 and placing second in the 200-yard backstroke for the men. Jed Sanikidze and James Luther finished second-third in the 200-yard freestyle, securing big points for the Broncos.

Emalyn Kulp led the women's side, placing third in the 200 yard freestyle and 100-yard breaststroke to help secure the win vs. Herkimer. The tandem of Kulp, Olivia McPeek, Kaitlynn Ramirez, and Amelia Mills placed second in the 200-yard freestyle relay.

The Broncos hit the pool again Saturday, Nov. 15th at King's College.
