Cobleskill Pulls Away from Delhi, 72–42

COBLESKILL, N.Y. — SUNY Delhi was unable to keep pace in the second half, falling 72–42 to SUNY Cobleskill on Saturday afternoon in North Atlantic Conference play. After staying within range early, the Broncos were outscored after the break as the Fighting Tigers extended their advantage with consistent scoring and defensive pressure.

Cobleskill established control early, limiting Delhi's offensive rhythm in the opening quarter and capitalizing on transition opportunities. The Broncos worked to generate interior looks and remained competitive on the glass, but Cobleskill carried momentum into halftime.

The Fighting Tigers created separation in the third quarter, opening the period with an extended run and forcing Delhi into contested possessions. Cobleskill continued to dictate the tempo and extended the margin heading into the fourth.

Delhi continued to compete in the final quarter, but the Broncos were unable to string together scoring runs as Cobleskill closed out the game.

The loss moves Delhi to 1-9 overall and 0–5 in NAC play. The Broncos wrap up play before the break at Hartwick on Sunday.
